Our client Samsung wanted their social media communications to be useful and engaging for customers, but also to promote their products and unique selling points (USPs) with charm and without coming across as an overt and pushy message to ‘buy now’.

Working closely with the social media team and digital designers, I created many Facebook posts and Tweets for the company. I was involved in the entire process, from concept to copy and design direction.

Each new social media post showed how Samsung products provide a genuinely useful and interesting benefit, one which the audience may never have considered previously. For instance, helpful #HolidayHacks for travellers, or telling runners and even skydivers how they can use built-in fitness monitoring functionality to make the most of their sport.
