With an extensive range of beverage brands under their umbrella, Pernod Ricard needed to capture vital market research in a way that was efficient and also carefully tailored to each brand’s unique voice and audience.
I created a suite of correspondence for Havana Club, Absolut, Jameson, and Malibu customers. They were designed to introduce and promote Pernod’s customer feedback scheme, providing guidance and incentives, with particular care taken toward easy templating and expansion. And, of course, bringing through each brand’s tone and style in the most effective way possible.
At that time, Pernod Ricard were a relatively new client to the agency, so I hit the ground running and am glad the work I did not only satisfied the client but also created a firm foundation for future briefs and for other creatives to build on.
